1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VIRALL website and the purchase of digital design services. By placing an order you accept these Terms. The service is operated by STECTUS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("STECTUS LLC", "we", "us").

2. Services

• Standard visualization — one photorealistic 3D visualization of a single interior, based on materials supplied by the customer. Price: USD 20 per room. Delivery: up to 3 calendar days after payment and a complete brief.
• Express visualization — same scope, delivered within 24 hours. Surcharge: USD 20 per room.
• Furniture production project (add-on) — precise production drawings intended for a carpenter or CNC cutting. Price: USD 100 (one-time). This add-on is prepared only after the customer has approved the final visualization and supplied the required dimensions. If dimensions are missing or the final visualization is not approved, delivery time is extended accordingly.

3. Orders and customer materials

An order is placed via the order form. You must provide a valid e-mail address and select a style and room type. You may attach photographs, floor plans or PDF files. If room dimensions are not provided, we will prepare the visualization based solely on the photographs supplied.

You declare that you own the photographs and documents you upload or have the right to use them, and that their processing does not infringe any third-party rights. We may reject materials that are unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

4. Prices and payment

All base prices are set in USD. Amounts displayed in other currencies are converted at approximate reference rates and may differ slightly from the amount charged by your payment provider. After placing an order you will receive a payment link by e-mail. Work begins after successful payment.

5. Delivery and revisions

Deliverables are sent to the e-mail address provided in the order, in high-resolution JPG/PNG format and, where applicable, as a PDF. One round of reasonable adjustments requested within 7 days of delivery is included, provided it concerns the same room and the same materials. Fundamental changes of scope (new room, new materials, new style) require a new order.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered visualizations and drawings for personal and commercial purposes. We retain the right to use delivered works in our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

7. Consumer withdrawal and refunds

Consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law may have a statutory right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy. By ordering you expressly consent to the provision of the digital service beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that this may result in losing the right of withdrawal once the work has started or been delivered, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

The visualizations are artistic representations and are not architectural, construction or engineering documentation. The furniture production project is provided for informational and production-planning purposes; you are responsible for verifying its suitability with your contractor before fabrication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting hello@virall.app.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms. Orders placed before an amendment remain governed by the version in force at the time of the order.

Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is STECTUS LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: hello@virall.app.

2. What data we process

• Order data: e-mail address, selected style and room type, optionally room dimensions, order details and order identifier.
• Uploaded files: photographs, floor plans and PDF documents you attach to the order.
• Technical data: approximate country derived from your IP address (for currency detection), browser language, and local preferences (language, currency) stored in your browser's local storage.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Preparing and delivering the ordered visualization — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Payment processing and accounting — performance of a contract and legal obligations.
• Currency and language preferences — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a functional, localized website.
• Marketing use of delivered works — based on our legitimate interest, unless you object (see Terms §6).

4. Storage and cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use browser local storage only to remember your language and currency preferences and your acknowledgment of this notice. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

5. Processors and sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to operate the service: the payment provider (to process payments), the e-mail delivery provider (to send confirmations and deliverables), and hosting providers. We do not sell your data. Uploaded materials are used solely to produce your order.

6. Retention

Order data and deliverables are kept for the period necessary to fulfil the order, for potential warranty claims and to meet accounting obligations, typically no longer than 5 years. Uploaded photographs are deleted after the order is completed unless you ask us to keep them for future orders.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. California residents may exercise CCPA rights (know, delete, opt out of sale — we do not sell data). To exercise any right, e-mail hello@virall.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

STECTUS LLC is established in the United States. Where data of EEA/UK residents is transferred to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date.

Refund Policy

1. Before work starts

You may cancel an order any time before production begins and receive a full refund. Send your cancellation to hello@virall.app quoting your order ID.

2. After delivery

Because the service is a custom digital product produced to your specification, delivered orders are generally non-refundable. If the delivered visualization contains an error on our side (does not correspond to the approved brief and materials), we will correct it free of charge or, if a correction is impossible, refund the payment in full.

3. Express surcharge

The express surcharge is refunded in full if we fail to deliver within the 24-hour express window, provided the delay is not caused by missing or late materials from the customer.

4. Furniture project add-on

The furniture production project (USD 100) is prepared only after you approve the final visualization and provide the required dimensions. You may cancel the add-on for a full refund until the drawings production has started.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
